Cryogenic Floating Ball Valve
Cryogenic Ball Valves are applied in the management and safe storage of matter at very extremely low temperatures. They are built to withstand temperatures as low as -190°C to absolute zero (-238°F to -460°F ) thus another name for Cryogenic Ball Valves are Low Temperature Ball Valves. They are capable of handling extremely high pressures that comes as a result from such extreme temperatures
Our Cryogenic Ball Valves consists of 3 parts: an actuator, a stem, and a ball. The actuator is the outermost part for which we are able to customize to fit a plethora of designs & specs up to your choosing. It is connected to the stem which is a rod-like structure that houses the floating ball. When the actuator is turned, the stem also rotates and reposition the ball accordingly
The proportions of ACERTEC’s Cryogenic Ball Valves can be customized to fit specific customer applications. The ball can be a full bore(same internal diameter as the pipeline) or a reduced bore (smaller internal diameter). Each unit is built to the highest standards in the industry
